When I was little, I thought these looked like grapes and I called them grape flowers. It turns out that I still think they look like grapes and I still call them grape flowers. I find them delightful-- especially in their effort not to be deterred by the pesky snow. I took this picture in the garden in which T and I will grow some vegetables this summer. I can't wait.

Ooh, I love these peaking out of the snow.
ReplyDeleteThese are Moose's favorite flowers. That Moose has a favorite flower I find rather sweet.
ReplyDeleteWho is Moose?
ReplyDeleteI find that rather sweet too.
ReplyDeleteCarly, Moose is Tessa's little bro.
Speaking of that, I just realized all three of us are the eldest child in our families and we all have little brothers as our only sibling.
ReplyDeleteAwe! I love my little brother, even though he's almost 27 years old and working for a Senator so he doesn't seem very little anymore.
ReplyDeleteGranted I also have the steps: two little sisters (KH x 2) and a second "little" brother (IB), all of which are taller than me, and IB is 6'11" so I don't think little cuts it for any of them either. They all came into my life when I was a teenager, so my little bro was definitely who I grew up with.
But the point is I'm older than all of them! Bwahahaha!
How's your lil' bro doing Stephie?
