5pm, 1.12.09



The moon has appeared humongous and bright lately. I turned on the red heat lamp for my chickens and it was brighter outside than in the coop!

    I noticed the HUGE moon on Sunday night but didn't get my camera out. I'm glad you did. It's amazing.

    Apparently this was the largest full moon of 2009! http://antwrp.gsfc.nasa.gov/apod/ap090113.html

    It was shockingly bright!
